Russell Barber, specifically, with the Janice Overbeck Team, of Keller-Williams Realty in East Cobb - this review is for his astonishing service and knowledge. He was an amazing person to work with. That’s actually the understatement of the year. It really is difficult to put into words how much he meant around the whole buying process to us. We were moving from Texas to Georgia. That big of a life change is scary enough itself, much less adding a home sell and out of state purchase into the mix. His help transcended the ‘usual’ real estate transactional ins and outs. He added touches to the process that were extremely above and beyond, with us being out of state and not able to be there for a while. From coordinating inspections and exterminator visits, to helping us get lawn service and school staff information for us, for our son, the guy was phenomenal. On a 5 Star scale - he’s a 10.

We’ve researched realtors thoroughly before we finally chose the  Janice Overbeck team. Lisa Vance I was selling agent was very professional and always was responsive to our questions and concerns. The whole team ran like clockwork and getting our house photographed and listed  Lisa Vance our selling agent was very professional and always was responsive to our questions and concerns. The whole team ran like clockwork in getting our house started staged, photographed and listed and sold at our asking price.  We would definitely use the Janice again when we are ready to buy or sell a home.

An amazing team who worked tirelessly to sell our house for top dollar and within a month!  They truly are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to everything from customer service to marketing to staging & photography!  The Janice Overbeck Team really is the best!

Janice and her team were amazing! They did an incredible job of getting our Home ready to sell and working us through the process.  Katherine was exceptional on the buying side of things.  She was always willing to go above and beyond for us throughout our journey.  We ended up in a perfect home for our family and we could not be happier!  Thank you Janice for the incredible experience!  Your team rocks!

I’ve known Janice a long time and she is trustworthy and knowledgeable in her craft. Her ability to establish long term relationships through a high touch and high trust approach with the community and client base is something to be admired and is clearly no secret as to why she is so successful. She’s got a fantastic team of professionals backing the success of each real estate transaction not only pre sale/purchase but also after your transition. Welcoming you into the community and involving you and your family into the network of friends and professionals is also a huge benefit of dealing with such outstanding individuals at the Overbeck Team.
