We spent Labor Day weekend again there this year and this is the best place for fun rest and relaxation. The staff are so friendly and have great events going on for the weekend. They had a live band that was awesome. Old rock and roll and country the kind that was real music. thanks to the staff for the best time. if you go once it will be a favorite place on your list to camping again and again.

This place must not be interested in booking new customers. Called and left messages on 4 separate occasions and sent them 2 emails asking to book an early November stay for 3 travel trailer sites, never heard a word back. Called one last time last week and finally got a human on the phone. The lady took my information and said she would call me back after she looked into what she had available that weekend. Never heard back.

We've been looking for a new campground in the hopes of finding something nearer to home, yet engaging and fun. Midway is FABULOUS. Their bathhouse is the cleanest campground restroom I have ever seen. The campsites are organized so that most have a superb view of the lake. We fished, rode bikes, had campfires, and in general enjoyed ourselves immensely!
