Nice campground. Stayed a night while passing through. Close to the highway and easy to find. Campground is well lit at night which is nice if you get in late. Sites are pretty small so not a place you'd want to camp if you plan to spend a lot of time outside but perfect for a quick overnight.

Recently stayed at the Greensboro KOA. If you need a place to camp that is convenient for your family with a sporting event, this is the place. We were 15 mins from our vball tournament. VERY friendly staff, cleanliness of the facilities is unmatched. The only negative was the road noise of traffic on I-40 but the office provides complimentary ear plugs that worked fabulously! Great place. Will definitely return.

You do not have to choose a spot close to the interstate. Noise was not an issue at all. Most KOA are close to main roads for convenience. We were able to register and pay online at up at night and when we arrived around 1030 found and spot and connected. Office husband wife team made a visit next morning and he was wonderful. He even waited until mid morning. Bath houses very clean and taken care of. Spots not to level so bring extra leveling blocks. Sites very easy to get in and out of. A lot of trees and shade. Overall I would stay again for a night if in greensboro nc again. Office lady and husband were so nice !!!

Ridiculous. Their website says they are pet friendly, but they kicked us out after one (count it, one!) complaint about barking dogs. If you don't want pets at your campsite, you should just say so. Telling people otherwise and then kicking them out is just screwed up.

Friendly staff, great rates. Very easy in and out from interstate. Some spaces are tight, some outside traffic noise. But overall, great place for a stopover.
