I try to apply to live in this community again,  no body explain me if my credit score is low I can not be approved because part to the process,  they took my money for the application and waste my time also why they give opportunity to other people with no record? Is not discrimination ? Come on. .

They always want to enter your home for an inspection even though it's against mobile home association. The rent keeps going up from $500 to $725 for a lot. The water bill you receive is different each month and it's higher than normal homes. I do not recommend renting a lot here instead buy a house or get a condo, apartment.

I lived here for 20 years. I seen alto of change for the best. Only complaint I have is the rent goes up every year. When I first moved in the rent was $350 now the rent is over $700. Neighbors are nice and the manager is friendly. If you have a complaint or concern she is on it right away. Not next week.
