Is rate higher if anyone, ever, in the history of this stores existence has ever acknowledged me, my husband or our sons presence. Along with the fact that if you do need anything, they are so rude on the sales floor or in the fitting rooms. Never had an issue with anyone working the registers oddly enough.

The clothes for everyone from small to 3X are very nice yet affordable. They have dresses and pants and shirts as well as jackets and shoes and assesories.The staff is knowledgeable about thier products as well as nice and very helpful. They have children's as well as men and women's clothes.

Low-ish prices, kind staff, and very nice clothing. One of my friends took her daughter on a shopping spree here and have a fantastic time. In the end, I give it 5 stars because it's always clean.

This place is the worst forever 21 ive ever been to. The clothes are cute and prices are ok but the staff is extremely rude there is no customer service at this store. Talking to the sales people is a waste of time not only they wont help you but they act as if you were a bother. Always bad attitude and no manners.
