Employees are unhelpful. The music they play has lots of cursing. Not a great environment for civilized adults and children. Not a great shoe selection, majority of the shoes are basketball or urban fashion.

One of the best customer service I've gotten, associates were friendly and even offered to measure my sons foot walked out very happy 😀 Would go back any day

They refused to provide a cash refund because they didnt have enough money for other customers. 30 minutes later after speaking with the manager and refusing to provide his district managers number he agreed to provide a refund. 10 minutes later we were able to finally leave. Never coming back to this store.
