I should have read Sears return policy.  My bad. But it will be my last time I shop at Sears for hand tools. Spent hundreds here on tools in the past, no more. Can't stay afloat with the old 30-day policy anymore Sears. Home Depot it is and has a great return policy.

This store has become so bad . Nobody wants to help. They just want to stand around in there own little world pretend they don't see you. Except for the Driving school. Their teachers had a lot of patience with my daughter. The rest of store including automotive is terrible.

We are a young couple who just bought an apartment and we went today to look at couches with a couple of our friends. Nobody would approach us. We were waiting for someone to pass by to ask how we go about purchasing and one of the employees (I guess assuming we were a bunch of kids just looking for someone to sit and chill in the mall) and VERY rudely asked us to leave. His exact words were “This is not a “chill zone”” Instead of asking what we were doing or if he could help with anything.  I asked to speak to his manager (Robert according to the rude employee that yelled across the department who was sitting there watching the whole thing and had to have heard us comparing the pros and cons) and he had absolutely nothing to say. Insanely upset with the service we received here and will never return to this location. And just to add another note, this department was NOT busy at all. Not a singlet other customer I saw on the floor. It is not like we were taking away from other customers viewing of the products. Ridiculous.

The Hurst Store has the most rude, uninformed, bunch of employees of any store or business I have ever had the displeasure of running across.  However, that is when and IF you can locate one.  I was looking for a washer, dryer and refrigerator.  One person said they would help & be back.  Never returned.  Bought my appliances at Lowe's.  Also stopped by tool dept  on my way out, same situation.  Not an employee in sight.  I'll never go back

Absolute worst customer service ever! 

I purchased a $2,500 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator in sept of 2016... In October of 2017 the compressor stops working and it just happens to be 1 month out of warranty... Sears tells me that the part is covered but the labor isn't $500 for them to install the part!!! This is BS itself then when I agree to the pricing  they tell me the part will be here by the following Friday so I have to go 10 Days without a working Refrigerator... When the Part doesn't show up as promised I call back to learn that the part won't ship[ for another 14 days!!!!! 

I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Sears again and I will tell everyone I know of my experience.
