Some of these comments are ridiculous. They are very clear about their return policy. Check the clothes you buy for rips or tears. The employees are always very nice! The manager is always willing to do sales with customers, you just need to talk about it and not complain like some over privileged crybaby. I can almost GUARANTEE that none of these bad reviews tried to work anything out in store. Any issues I have are PROMPTLY and professionally resolved! The girls here are friendly and upbeat. I love my experience here and will continue to shop here to my heart’s content. If you don’t like it, shop somewhere else and quit acting like a child.

Ok--hear me out. I hate shopping always. With a passion. This store was so busy today so I was prepared to have no one help me since that's usually how Forever 21's go... I went into the fitting room and a girl with cat ears got me set up in a corner. Sometimes I feel like I'm too old for these trends. My clothes weren't working out and I didn't really have the heart to ask for advice. And then all of a sudden BOOM there's a second girl and I swear she must be a mind reading, patient, energetic angel of retail. She literally knocked on every door to see if anyone needed sizes. Now, when she got to me I was having all sorts of issues--I hated everything I picked out. This retail warrior just asked me what my size was and came back with three whole outfits that she thought would look flattering on me and look good on my trip. I LOVED THEM ALL!! I asked her if I could talk to her manager so I could tell them how awesome she was but she said she was the store manager and just said thank you. I hope whoever above her sees this because I had such a good time at this store! All the girls were fun and upbeat. Forever 21 needs more stores like this one!!

Miranda with the curly hair just rung me up at the store. She asked me if I wanted to save 15% on my purchase by signing up for their rewards program... I said yes. My fiancé walked up and asked if I was signing up for a credit card and Miranda immediately shouted no! It’s just a rewards card it’s no big deal! So I did it and it’s a freaking credit card I DID NOT want! And she didn’t even give me the 15% off promised!!! She should be fired. DO NOT LET HER RING YOU UP SHE’S A LIAR

I had a return. They didn't accept it and said it was final sale. It was a pair of casual shorts that I had bought online. It didn't say final sale anywhere. There is a reason this site has so many bad reviews.

The store was incredibly dirty. When my friend was there, there was a tall heavier girl with long brown hair that looked like it had never been washed. She was incredibly awkward and her compliments made my friend uncomfortable (she complimented her butt). Then while I was here today the short grump manager was yelling at one of her employees, WHILE THE STORE WAS BUSY!!! Overall horrible experiences at this store I would recommend finding another forever 21 to shop at.
