These have been the longest pair of boots that I have work in the construction industry this far. I believe there are better boys it there with thicker leather for around the same price. 
Service has always been great, getting your feet paired with a custom orthotic, trying on boots, and getting your boots serviced is usually a day or two out depending on what has occurred during normal wear. 
Boots are typically 1 year warranty.

First pair wore out in three and a half months I'm a plumber is not a marathon runner. They replaced them under warranty then the second pair glue failed in two weeks. They are repairing them so we will see!! Ian was great!!

I  was surprised that priced have come down. The industrial boots take time to break in. Great store.

The store reps are very helpful. I went in just to get my shoe size and they were able to find the perfect size and also help me choose which shoe I would like best.
