It is what you pay for. Cheaper (if you catch a sale) shoes that look good but don't last quite as long as the more expensive stuff. Use as my work shoes, but very disappointed in the black wearing off to the white it actually is so fast on the gray pair.

The customer service was terrible. They kept asking if they could help and when asked they made it feel like it was an inconvenience. My daughter picked out a pair of shoes and when we went to buy we were told the wrong shoelaces were on the shoes and they couldn't sale them to us. My daughter was upset because that's why she picked out the shoes in the first place and they wouldn't just leave the laces on them! We left with nothing and won't be back. Poor service and poor selection.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is that there is not much selection in the men's section.

I would give negative stars if I could! I went yesterday to buy shoes and they where marked $19.99. the girl told me they are $29.99 and the marked price is for tomorrow. then the next pair where marked $12.00 but rang up for $6.00 but the girl told me they are marked correctly they are $12.00! So they just change the price to whatever they feel like and expect us to just pay that! there is a reason I stopped shopping there! Horrible service no customer service at all and a total rip off!!!!
