Usually, I don't get good customer service here so I would drive to Provo if I needed anything from Zumiez, however the last time we were here completely changed my mind. My husband and I stopped in because he needed a light jacket, our toddler hadn't napped and was a little fussy, if we turned our back he would run out of the store, or if one of us tried to go with him, he would want the other parent, so there was no pleasing him. I know pretty much everyone who works in mall shops don't like kids, or get upset when they're fussy because it can bug other customers. One of the boys working (wish I knew his name) grabbed a small stack of stickers, and offered them to my son and gave him a high five. He was very enthusiastic and kind, helping my son feel comfortable being in the store, and with the other employees. They kept talking to him, giving him high fives and the man who gave him stickers starting plain hide and seek around a clothing rack making my son smile and laugh. For a parent, going shopping for yourself can be stressful, because you can't really focus especially when your kid is grumpy. To me, this was the nicest thing to do, and it was nice seeing people being compassionate instead of annoyed, especially with younger adults/teenagers. We will definitely return to this location.

Good service actually. The bad reviews  here fascinate me. If you show up at 9:01 and they close at 9:00, you need to leave, its rude to stay, and a safety violation. Great staff, great products.

Went in looking for some Neff socks. They told us "we don't do scavenger hunts" and stared us down until we left. Like what? I could see some of the socks we were looking for right there..

best zumiez ever. jorge and jake were the coolest dudes and i am definitely shopping with these guys again. super helpful and super dope!
