Ordered a basket for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's day. Was promised they would deliver at 8:15 am... at 2:30 they still haven't delivered them.. talked to someone at the shop, and they were still there. After several calls and promises.  They agreed to deliver them to my home... still waiting... I paid for a product and a service that wasn't delivered as promised. I'll be shopping for flowers at a different store next time.... my advice... go elsewhere....... late update they show up at my home at 8:25 had flowers and a stuffed bear..... no basket... wtf!!! If this is what happens when a business gets busy...  you should find something else to do..... good grief....

I wish I could rate a "0". I ordered flowers for my grandma's birthday online and paid extra for expedited shipping. She was suppose to get them before noon and its 8pm and they are still not there. I would not use this florist. I called several times to be told "they are out for delivery" and the guy said they don't close until all flowers are delivered, but when i called back to check to see where they were, They didnt answer my calls. This place should be closed down!

I would have rated this flower shop a zero if I could have. I ordered flowers online and they were supposed to be delivered by this company. I received an email saying that the flowers had been delievered but they never were. I got in contact with the shop and they claimed that they spoke with the recipient and set up a date to deliver the flowers when I didn't even put down a contact number for the recipient so in actuality they never spoke with anyone.

What you are ordering is NOT what you will get!  The internet picture is what was ordered FOR me...the other is what I actually received.

My mom ordered flowers to be delivered to me and Forget Me Not Florist failed to deliver on the day requested, and then claimed they would deliver them the following morning by noon at the latest. After a multitude of calls, each time they claimed the flowers would be delivered within 30 minutes of the call, they were still not delivered at 4pm. I do NOT recommend anyone using this florist.
