Ordered some fresh flowers to be delivered to my cousin. The folks at the shop kept me posted on the process until the flowers were delivered. Pretty amazing since this was my first order with them. My cousin was thrilled & sent me a photo as soon as they arrived. They were gorgeous & the best part is they lasted over 2 weeks! Will definitely use them again.

Should have read the reviews before I ordered Valentines flowers for my wife. They were delivered so late that she did not get them until the next day. Very disappointed!!!! We do not recommend and will not use again!!!!!

Update - Hoover flourist called to apologize and take accountability for the late delivery. they offered to refund half the purchase price. I changed the rating from one star to four. We will consider using them in the future.

Ordered corsage for Sunday Prom for special needs adults so I had to pick it up on Saturday.  By Sunday, the roses had opened all the way and edges were trying to turn brown.  Not only was it small, but 10 minutes after being worn, the flowers fell off the wristband.  Looks like it was glued but not enough glue was used, there was a small dot in the middle.  I expected a lot more for $45 and from a florist.  Sadly, the corsage was thrown in the garbage within 30 minutes of arriving at the dance.  I'm going to go back to using Publix.......never had a corsage fall apart on me there!
