I Decided to use Helena Florists for my wedding  because they are a local business in the same city I live in and they were incredibly close to my venue. Our first consultation went great, they had the lowest price of any florists I had met with, so  I paid them in full right away because the consultation went so well. However, our final consultation the week before my wedding was a disaster. At the consultation they had the wrong flowers, wrong order, wrong numbers and wrong color flowers, literally NOTHING was right. I had a horrible feeling and was completely stressed out. Lucky for me, they were supplying the flowers at my wedding venue for a wedding the weekend before mine. That weekend, my coordinator called me and told me Helena Florists didn't even show up with the flowers for the wedding the weekend before mine. She said it was a disaster and I should try to find a new florists ASAP.  We went as soon as they opened Monday and demanded our money back, we told them we heard about what happen with them not showing up with flowers to the wedding that weekend and they returned all our money to us no questions asked. I had to find a new florists and ended up paying 450 dollars more than we had planned for flowers 5 days before my wedding because it was such short notice and I had no other options.  I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone for anything. Thank God, I had time to end up finding a new florists before they had the chance to ruin my big day by not showing up like they did to the couple the weekend before.

Wow..just wow! I ordered Violet Fields for a friend's birthday and it is amazing! Such style and way more than the pic shows! I wish there was one this good near my house. Also like the fact that they text u a picture of the bouquet that was sent!

Ordered Just because flowers that were sent with a Mothers Day balloon. Second time I used them, I ordered Birthday flowers with two balloons and they didn't send any balloons. Tried to contact them via facebook and calling with no response. Ended up with a $80 bouquet of flowers I could have got for $25 to $30 at the local grocery store.

I live in Atlanta, and ordered a bouquet of their choice for my mother for Mother's Day. It was amazing. Thank you very much to Helena Florist, you brought a beautiful smile my mother's face.
