Quiet small campgrounds. We stayed at the Amelia River camping area and it's very nice. The sites are dirt but fairly level and shaded by large trees, with a fire ring, picnic table, electricity and water. Would have been a 5 star rating, but the park has very poor signage and we had to turn around on a dirt road twice in a 33 foot RV. Will definitely consider staying here again.

From the moment we arrived the Rangers were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We stayed in a tent site on the ocean side. They made sure to tell us that it was an open site and could get hot. The entire park is clean, the facilities are updated and very nice, the beach is beautiful. We've seen several deer, armadillo, and turtles. I would definitely recommend this State Park!

The North East most spot in Florida. We camped looking right across the inlet, at Georgia. There are two major RV areas, one on the North East where we stayed and the other more on the West (more sheltered) side. The Park has a Great Staff, excellent camp sites and some amazing History AND is a great location to use a base for further exploration of the island ! Simply Wonderful.
