FFSC is my happy place! I have visited a few boxes in different states and Fortitude members have the best technique around and are the most welcoming. Doing it right is their main concern and the strength will come. Plus, they have childcare. I encourage everyone to give it a try. :) (This is from Mel, not Liam!)

Such a fantastic place where you are surrounded by like-minded people. Everyone is there to get stronger, and we all cheer each other on in that process! Different levels of ability and strength need not stop you from getting a full, effective workout. The coaches are great at helping you scale to your abilities! It's always a warm smile and happy greeting every time you walk in the door. Even if it has been a while! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fortitude Fitness is the place to be for any level of fitness. The owners that have been with Fortitude since October 2015 are extremely knowledgeable and strive to help you meet your fitness goals. This is a family friendly Crossfit box with child care, teen classses, kid classes, social events and group outings! Everyone knows your name at FFSC!

Great box. I've been to several Crossfit gyms in the area and have yet to find one that is as fun and friendly as Fortitude. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive to each member's needs and capabilities.

Fortitude Fitness is the Crossfit box to be at. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful! I would recommend this Box to anyone! Love Crossfit FFSC!!
