Very disappointed with the way they conduct business. They allowed my husband to sign up using my debit card ( I was not present and had no knowledge my card was being used). He told them he didn't have is card because he accidentally grabbed mine when he left the house. He was told that it was fine and they signed him right up. When I found the automatic payments coming out of my account, I asked my husband who told me all about how they pressured him into joining and were fine with using my card. I contacted them immediately and the manager apologized and said that they would cancel him and that it was all a misunderstanding. Now 5 years later I check his credit report and find a $107 debt to the gym! When I called to find out more about it, the manager was annoyed and said she didn't have time to look for paperwork and that I needed to "just pay it" because I was gonna have to pay it no matter what. There was no attempt to help or try to figure out what happened. It was like I was ruining her day by needing customer service. The collections agency is now also treating us like low lives who are trying to skip out on the bill. We have the money to pay, that is not the problem. It is the lack of customer service and the greed that upsets me. Furthermore, how dare they allow another person to join using my card without my knowledge! I trusted them when they apologized the first time and said they would cancel him and discard the contract. I should have known better and gone down for proof. Now too much time has passed and there's no evidence. I don't even know who I spoke to years ago. The current manager was rude and spoke over me as I tried to talk calmly to her to try and find a solution. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone simply based on how they are treating me. I never yelled at anyone there or spoke to them in a rude manner. The manager there had no reason to speak to me like a child who is not listening.

Great staff and as Robert Frost said,"...and that has made all the difference." The classes look fun, though I stay on the cardio machines instead of showing my skills, or lack of!

Been going to this gym for last 5 years, all trainers r very nice other than the manager Diana who turned out to be a very greedy person with a big attitude .. She likes to nit pick at everything and ruin somebody's day and I go to the gym to get rid of stress not get more of it and because of this she is now losing a customer.

Many classes, tanning and isn't that packed. Staff is friendly and helpful, just ask and they help spot or lend a yoga mat.
