This is an AWESOME place to work out! Love the atmosphere, the equipment, the positive & motivational vibes I get from my personal trainer Ron, and the 'can do' attitude I get from him on that last rep just when I'm about to DIE!!! I love this place and am very happy to now call it My gym! 

The owner, Ryan, not only is a personal trainer but also a nutritionist!! He's extremely knowledgeable in what and how much you need going into your body to get the end result you want, as well the workout that's going to compliment that end result!  

To be dead honest here, I really can't say enough good about this place or the awesome trainers who run it......you just have to come in and give it a go if you truly are serious and dedicated to being in the best shape of your life because there is no doubt these guys will get you there!!!

I set out with a goal to be healthy, not to lose weight or have a major event to look good for. Upon my first meeting I quickly understood that to truly be healthy nutrition is very much important - and you know what?! I haven’t been bitter about it one bit!! Ryan makes it incredibly easy to adopt to my new lifestyle. Not only do I receive motivating workouts and a positive experience but an easy way to transform my eating habits. I keep thinking how delicious the meal plan and recipes are and as a carb addict I do not feel deprived!! I’ve enjoyed making the simple meals and am incredibly impressed that my grocery list, supplies, recipes and meal planning has been done for me. I’m excited to continue my partnership and to realize my goal very quickly!!

My fiancé and I were looking for a personal trainer to get us in great shape for our wedding. We met with trainer Ryan and immediately felt we had come to the right place. He not only made us feel extremely confident that our goals were realistic but he also helped us with a diet that would change our lives for the better. If you are looking for a personal trainer to give you their 100% complete full attention and that cares to push you when you cannot push yourself then you have come to the right place! Ryan takes your goals and makes you want to fight to reach them.

Ryan is extremely flexible I work a crazy schedule and he always finds time to help me out. I have tried sooooo many diets and I seem to be coming back all the time. Most effective nutrition/workout routine I have ever done. The workouts are never the same and definitely not anything you would think of yourself but you always feel it. Ryan could put more hurt on me in 30 minutes than I could in 2 hours alone. Very motivational and keeps you on track!!

Booom!!  Ryan kicked my A@@ today..  I'm jacked I'm amped and now I'm sore that's a good sore..  damn people I'm telling you you need to get in shape go see this guy need to lose weight need to gain muscle go see this guy what are you waiting for?   And remember mentality equals reality..  get healthy today at load more plate!!      I'm telling you today is the day don't say you're going to start on Monday cuz you know that Monday Never Comes...   Today is the day let's do it together!!!    I can't even explain how awesome this place is check it out for your self,.  5+ stars!!!
