Staff was friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help us book a shuttle to the port. Overall design has a cozy cool vibe. You feel like your in Miami here. It's just not a penthouse crazy wild party South Beach place. It's a holiday inn Express, with some Cuban flair.

room is starting to look dated, especially the bathroom. lighting inside bathroom is inadequate, makes me feel like I'm in a roadside motel. customer service was great, especially the overnight front desk agent Oscar. breakfast was phenomenal, great selection of cold and hot items. largest quip was cleanliness. I found hair underneath the top blanket when I first walked in.. requested it changed first thing the next day, it never got done. parking is free on the premises, however space is limited

We stayed in Holiday Inn express for 2 nights in December 2016. The room was very clean . Breakfast was good. The staffs were very friendly and nice. We have couple issues with the bathroom which were quickly resolved. I would have given 5 rating if we dint have that issue. I will definitely recommend to stay here again
