Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Decent restuarant/bar. Quiet location, despite airport proximity. Will definitely stay at this location next time I'm in town.

I am really an easy going person and I do not typically write reviews however I felt I had to this time. Just flying in from and international trip and was exhausted. The hotel was prompt on sending a shuttle to pick me up from the airport, however when I had to get back the next morning I told the staff as instructed that I needed to leave a hour and a half in advance so the shuttle would be ready. When the time had come I went to the lobby only to hear that they just sent the shuttle off with others and would be back in about 10 minutes. After over an HOUR later the shuttle came to pick me up and I was almost late for my flight-and I would have missed it if the airport was any larger. Communication and organization is seriously lacking. Very comfy beds though! However for a Four Points I would have thought higher of the organization and overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Its a real nice hotel but Im very particular about things. The bathroom had hair all over the nice white floor how could housekeeping miss that not sure. It was some hair in the bathtub..I was afraid to use anything else I felt like they recycled the sheets ,towels and cups from the previous stay. Nice place other than that .

Very nice property, treats its loyalty customers (SPG Rewards) right, their breakfast prices were not bad (in comparison to some competitor's in-house restaurants.) The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were spotless and clean. The walls are pretty thin, so you might hear your neighbours or passer-by's in the daytime and a bit if chatter in the hallways in the evenings, but at least there wasn't a need for noise complaints!

The team here is so welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk in. Location and rooms are awesome too! I definitely would recommend and look forward to staying again.
