You MUST here !!! It is an Amazing place to go to when buying a car. I spent over 3 months going from place to place trying to find the perfect deal for me, but it was so hard to find a place where you felt welcomed and at the same time you could find exactly what you needed and wanted. Because trust me no one wants to go spend their money in a place where first of all they don’t pay attention to you and second of all make you feel bad of not being able to get what they want you to get. However when I came here the staff is super nice and and so sweet. Moe was the one helping me throughout this journey and I just want to say THANK YOU 🙏🏻 for everything because I found the perfect place to buy my car .  Not only did they make me feel comfortable when making a decision but they also worked so well with my credit. Extremely happy with my decision and with finding this place. 😊

This is the best dealership I've ever been to. Moe was so sweet and got me in the car of my dreams. I have had no issues and my payments were right where I wanted them to be. If you are looking for quality vehicles, go to Franks in Chicago Heights and ask for Moe. He gets the job done!

GO SEE MOE. I have been looking for a car for a while and I always get those annoying dealership guys who try to up sell me and pressure me into getting something I don’t want or need,  but as soon as I came to this dealership and Spoke with Moe  it felt like talking to a long time friend.  I was a little hesitant cause I don’t have the best credit , but he not only worked with me on it he helped give me my best options that work best for me.  I’ve bragged about him& this dealership for weeks, and actually referred some of my friends & family here who weren’t disappointed! Definitely loving my new vehicle and super stoked I got what I wanted !

I came into the dealership with my sister and they were great from beginning to end. They even helped with the insurance. If you are shopping around for a nice used car with low mileage, come into Frank’s Auto off Lincoln Highway. Ask for Sam, Mo or Douglas.
