Bill was my service representative.  He was thorough, professional,  and very kind to boot.  I went in to purchase a new tire that I believed that I needed. Not remembering that I have a tire warranty, Bill looked up the car profile and told me that they would figure out what needed to happen and keep me informed. HE told ME, that the issue was covered under the warranty!!!!!! I have been a customer of Hawkinson KIA for the past 10 years. I have to say, I've never been disappointed!!!

Everyone was courteous & helpful -and took very good care of my son & me.  I would definitely recommend Kia to my friends.  Thanks for the good service!

I have only used this location for service (i didn't purchase my car here), but i have been very pleased with their service department. The waiting area was clean with nice amenities (water and warm cookies). The wait time was long, but they kept me posted on the status of my car. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't try to upsell me on any unneeded services. i will definitely continue to bring my car here for services as needed.

Each time I get my car serviced here at Hawkinson Kia,  I have a excellent experience.  The staff is ALWAYS friendly and very educated under the hood.

We had a great experience at Hawkinson Kia!  Ben Hawkinson brought us in and directed us to Nick R.  He was very knowledgable and helpful and ensured us that we were making a good purchase.  Would definitely give them our business again!
