Came to er stop too early and just rolled on through. Yeah, just got out the ER now i have to walk home thanks. People rely on this system. Unprofessional. 8:09 is not 8:13 i watched you fly down the street.

This is the WORST BUS SYSTEM I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. And that's saying something! They don't run on ANY holidays, including Halloween, and don't run most days before or after. How are people without cars supposed to go out on these days? How are kids supposed to go trick-or-treating if they're coming from apartment complexes? There are rarely notices for closings, and are NO notices of closing for most of these non-holidays, so people wait at the stop without knowing, even after calling to ask for answers, since Fred Transit NEVER POSTS ANY VOICE NOTICES ON THEIR PHONE LINE. EVER. Their own WEBSITE is NEVER UPDATED for closings, EITHER. FURTHERMORE, there are NO TRANSFER fares, just straight, regardless of how many stops you are going! The busses are ALWAYS late. A L W A Y S. And the drivers are constantly neglecting AC/Heat when it's needed (I saw a mom with a child nearly pass out from heat exhaustion on the bus for only 5 minutes, they had to BEG to turn on AC..it was cooler OUTSIDE the bus than on it!) There is a HUGE REASON ALL of these reviews are ONE STAR: If we could all give ZERO we WOULD.
