Terrible customer service at this station. The seller , (woman named Carol as said her co-worker)is extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not know her professional responsibilities. She needs simply to learn . Do not ever buy greyhound "flexible tickets" also, it is costly, but she refuse to change it as she suppose to do, asking to pay her for change- she does not know the rules. The talk to her supervisor is not happened . Avoid such "service". Greyhound company does not care about customers at all.

My aunt was scheduled for a 9:15pm bus on Christmas Eve to Mount Vernon NJ from Fredericksburg. The bus came through route 1 but did not stop to pick up the passengers. There was a lady with her 4 kids also waiting in the freezing cold. Everyone was thinking maybe the bus was going to fill up or just make a turn and come back around. So after 30mins past the scheduled time, I decided to call and figure out what was going on. This is where things get interesting. First, the customer service agent told me no that the bus did make a stop and I insisted that she tries to find out from the bus driver because we have been waiting since 8:30pm and we did see a bus drive by but did not stop. The agent then came back on to tell me that I was right and that the bus didn't stop but she cannot explain the reason why the bus didn't stop. Hence she transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor made it even worse by not acknowledgeing or apologizing for the fact that passengers were stranded in the cold. All he said was the only thing he can do was to reschedule the ticket for the next day. I asked him what my aunt and the other passengers out there should do in this situation, he said that it was up to the passengers to figure that out. Mind you the Fredericksburg location closes at noon on weekends. That means that everyone is left to wait outside no matter the weather condition. I was appalled at his lack of concern for human beings especially that lady with the kids who was just dropped off and had to figure out a way to get back to wherever they came from. My aunt was lucky I waited with her otherwise she would've have been stranded in the cold as well. I have never experienced such bad customer service and poor disregard to human life. I'm utterly disappointed in Greyhound and this is the last my family will ever use their service

My bus never came and the lobby was close so I was stuck outside with no restroom or food untill I resorted to finding another way to get where I needed to go. People inside the lobby where rude and would not let us in because they where "closed"

Never open,bus didn't show.Have ridden greyhound all over the country, by far the worst station I have seen.
