The food here was delicious, They have a small menu. But there is something for everyone.  I has the Fried Pork Rib dinner, It was fantastic. I haven't been here for a long time so I was surprised to see how much the interior and menu changed.
Our waiter was super nice and very informative as well. 
If we are in the area again, We will for sure make a return trip here.

Usually enjoy this place much more than our recent trip. We seated ourselves and waited for nearly ten minutes for a waiter to even ask us what drinks we wanted, which tasted horribly watered down. We were then informed that they didn't have any french fries, which is a disappointment. The Freight House has some of the best french fries I've tried. Wait staff was slow, even though we were seated nearby the kitchen.

The Freight House has always been a popular restaurant for tourists. It is one of the few places downtown Stillwater that has a river view.  The food is just okay.  This is a place to go if you want to sit outside on the patio in the summer and have a few drinks.  The view is great and the patio is huge but don't expect a gourmet meal.  I have also seen people with their dogs on the patio if that is something you are interested in doing.

The night I was there it wasn’t too busy. The bartenders were attentive and nice enough to go over what ciders they had. I asked for a certain kind of cider and I was told that one of theirs would be a great choice. I chose it and indeed it was a good brew. I would definitely go back for more drinks in the future.

Good food and atmosphere, staff has been friendly on our last few visits. Will be back for another meal. Parking can be a challenge  on weekends. This is true for any Stillwater business.
