Story

"Big drinks, friendly guys." - metromix.com

"A great, up-scale, night-spot in downtown Saint Paul. Live music most nights, Dancing on weekends. "One of the 10 best Twin Cities' Hot Spots!"
- Pioneer Press

Camp Bar Twin Cities opened in June of 2007 and quickly became a Downtown Saint Paul landmark. The 5000 sq ft facility contains three separate spaces for customers; the upscale yet casual Front Bar, the lively Dance Bar/Cabaret and, weather allowing, our sidewalk patio. The front bar features a large u-shaped bar, flat screen televisions, a baby grand piano and our Entryway Lounge.

Any part of the bar or the entire facility is available for private events.

All of our cocktails are hand-built using fresh, quality ingredients and muddle and shake methods. We pride ourselves on serving the biggest drinks in town.

Great bar in downtown St Paul. I mostly go for the shows they host in the back room but they have a decent pool table as well. Check out Button Poetry Live. First Monday of every month. EDIT: They added a 'garage door' style wall to the main room that makes the place a delight in the summer. Patio feel in a cute part of downtown.

Keep your receipts and check what was actually charged! I got a tip changed from $1 to $10 on a single beer. Never going back. I went looking for the owner to let them know, but was told to come back at a time when they were closed. Luckily the credit card company will handle it from here on out.

Camp is pretty dull, and barely a gay bar anymore. Drinks are really expensive and the happy hours a joke, who is available for a 3p-6p happy hour? Best thing about Camp is Nate and Josh's bartending nights.

I have been going to this place for quite a while and I love it! It is best when Mia is singing though! I believe she sings every Sunday night. Gotta check it out.
