DO NOT ORDER from this florist!! My kids ordered me a $75 arrangement for Mothers Day, and this is what I received. The owner told me she would replace the flowers, and that didn't happen either. She later said that she would issue them a credit, since they live out of town. 3 weeks later, nothing has been done! She won't return my calls and her staff has been rude also!

If I had the option of leaving zero stars I would do so. I ordered 3 flower arrangements for my niece's funeral. They were over an hour late which required staff of the funeral home to walk among family and friends paying respects to my niece. When I called to find out why this happened, I was told they were busy that day and only had one delivery person. In addition, I was told they tried to deliver the flowers prior to the funeral however the door was locked. I'm sure the funeral home, like anyone else, in the 21st century, has a phone number and the delivery person could have called. This is unprofessional and inexcusable.

Usually very friendly and helpful with ideas and eager to help...this time not so much and it was Very Warm and uncomfortable in there

Not even worthy of one star! Went by and ordered flowers for my brother-in-laws funeral and they were so nice and took our order and money. We wanted extra flowers on a plant that we picked out and paid extra for them so it would have color. The ticket said ”Add cuts-yellows-pinks etc”. When we got to the funeral home the night of the viewing all that was sitting there was a plain potted green plant. Called Friendly Florist the next morning and told them how upset we were and they said they would send someone over to fix the pot. I gave them the ticket number and told them it was the only plant with no flowers in it. When we got to the funeral home for the funeral the pot was the same with on flowers. They had come and added flowers to another pot that already had flowers. The funeral director said he would call and have them come back and fix them. The lady came back and sit them in the floor and I ask her to place the on the other side where they came from. She walked pass me and said “you can move them” Ours were not the only flowers that were not what was ordered from Friendly Florist. There not friendly after the sale and there not good at what they do so please beware. Mike

I definitely recommend Friendly Florist in Crestview. I couldn't get one of the big online florists to deliver flowers to my daughter for her birthday. So I called Friendly Florist. They delivered on time and the arrangement more than excellent.
