I was contacted promptly and put on the schedule for a new disposal for the kitchen sink.  My technician, Jerry,  arrived on schedule and was able to complete the job in record time. He was courteous and thorough and helped me understand the operation and maintenance of the unit.  He left everything in great condition.  I will definitely call Friendly Plumber for my next plumbing project.

Amazing customer service! Isiah and Fernando showed up 5 minute ahead of schedule. They were personable, friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. Quality of service and trade experience was excellent. I was impressed when they did NOT leave a mess for me to clean up as every contractor I've worked with in Utah has left some kind of mess for me to deal with. This is the best contractor experience I have had in the 15 years I've been living in Utah. I, personally, have over 30 years of experience in the construction trades and I highly recommend this company.

They replaced my water heater in a timely and efficient manner, they did a great job and they answered all of my questions. Their prices are very competitive and I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and/or plumbing work done. Debbie T.

Friendly Plumber came out to my home on 3 separate occasions for both plumbing and HVAC services, all unrelated to each other. They were very accommodating to my schedule, called when they were on their way each time, and were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They fixed the  issues I had and gave me useful info to prevent it from happening again. Have not had issues since. I have referred them to other friends and family and I will continue to use them! Thanks guys!!

Doing business with Friendly Plumber is damaging my credit!  -  I recently had Friendly Plumber re-pipe my entire house. They set up a loan for me through Synchrony bank which turns out is actually a revolving credit line that I can charge and so can Friendly Plumber. Friendly plumber charged what they originally bid for the project and an additional $30 fee, which put my the credit card over the limit by $30! I don't care about the 30 bucks, but now my credit score will get dinged because my new card is over the limit which isn't my fault. I've been trying to work with Friendly Plumber to try to correct the issue. 4 Days ago I talked to a manager and he said he'd get back to me, but I still haven't heard anything and now when I call they've stopped answering their phones. Seriously?! Completely unprofessional.
