I called in to get help on my furnace, the lady that answered the phone was amazing, she helped me figure out how to turn off the furnace at the actual system because I was worried of C.O.  in my home. Then you guys sent out the best furnace guy out there. He told me how to work the system better, and told me what was wrong with it. I wont ever be going any where else.  Thank you for helping me, and hiring the best people out there. I appreciate Marissa, and Shaun for the help they gave me hope that's how you spell their names.

Jordan showed up (same day as it says) and diagnosed the problem we were having with our central air unit in a little over an hour (capacitor). Very knowledgeable and a nice young man. Gave me lots of good advice for maintaining the unit going forward. Very expensive. I researched the part and it cost $10 at Home Depot & were charged a lot! $351 total for the service call and installation. In my opinion, well worth it. Instead of it being mid 80's at night we all slept at a comfortable 72 degrees. 5 Stars for Jordan, 2 stars for the overall cost.....It's fixed

I had Schuyler come to my house and look at my Heating & Air. He was very professional and helped me to understand what upgrades I could possibly do to my system or what my system actually needed maintenance wise. He also recommended some amazing options which I am definitely considering. Thank you same day for being such an amazing company I will refer you to every family and friend I know

I was having a problem with my water heater. I called and they got a tech right out that day. He was awesome I had hot water in no time. From the young lady who answered the phone to the tech who came out 100 percent professional and totally awesome. Fair priced.Fast and efficient. What more could a home owner ask for.. Thank you.

All I can say is WOW! really everyone that we interacted with has been awesome, from the lady that answered the phone at the office, to the professionals that have come to our house. 
We bought a really old home and have a lot of plumbing issues. The day after we moved in the toilet backed up into the bathtub, so we had a rooter company come out and charge us a bunch of money to pull the toilet and rooter, then they came later and pulled the toilet again to do a camera cause they freaked us out that we had some old WWII pipes that are made of paper(which didn't end up being the case). After that we were basically told out only option was a $11,000 liner solution. 

I called around and spoke to probably 8 different plumbers, and I knew from the second I got a call back from Jared with Happy Pipes that these guys were in business to help people, and give honest service and opinions. He talked everything out on the phone with me like no one else did, and then they came out and were just the nicest and most helpful people ever. So much good real info, and practical advice instead of scar tactics. He gave us lots of options from rooters, so a jetting service (which is what we ended up doing) all the way to a liner option that was much cheaper than what the rooter company quoted. 

They came out again today to complete the jetting service and were so nice. He even asked about a catering event he knew I had done the 3 weeks before when they were here before, and were just so nice an helpful. I also want to point out that there was no need for the previous company to keep pulling our toilet other than to charge us the extra amount, since Happy Pipes first time went up to the roof to give their camera second opinion, and that was much easier for all involved, and due to that discovered that we did in fact have a clean out access in the crawlspace, something which the other rooter told us they checked and couldn't find, even though it was literally feet from the crawl space access)

What it feels like to me is instead of some contract plumber for a big company, or some guy that wishes he hadn't got into plumbing is like if you best buddy was a plumber, and loved his job, and came over as a friend to help you out and give you advice. We have had a whole myriad of various types of service professionals at out home since we bought it and 100% I wish these guys did all of the other stuff we needed done. They are HANDS DOWN the best maintenance professionals I have ever worked with anywhere I've lived. I did not know these guys before this. I'm not a personal friend or family member writing an outstanding review, you can see by my Yelp profile that I am an elite, and have tons of honest reviews, I am a legitimate customer of this business, and I, and my spouse are just really impressed with these guys. You will not regret hiring them. 

We will 100% be working with the guys in the future (got to do a full re-pipe at some point, among other things) and I would recommend them to anyone in their service area.
