Nice folks but had an awful experience and would never hire again. Paid them over $500 to clear some drains and fix some dripping faucets. A week later one of the drains was leaking all over the basement and the faucets were dripping again. They charged me $200 to fix a faucet that you can replace for $80. Not sure why they didn't recommend replacing it instead. They offered to come back and fix the work but were too busy and couldn't get me in for 2 weeks so I went with another company that could come fix their work the following day. Expensive mistake.

I’ve never written a review before but feel compelled to share I would not recommend this company. I paid $200 to have a shut off valve that leads to an outside spigot replaced. The old valve was leaking from the bleeder cap.  Two years later, the valve no longer works and water bypasses the shut off.  Since I only use the valve to turn water on in the spring and off in the fall, I’ve turned it approximately 4 times.  I called the company and they refused to honor their work, saying that “these things happen” and it would be $95 for someone to come out and look at it. Maybe my expectations are too high, but this seems like poor quality work and customer service. Also, I was told at the time I had the shut off valve replaced that another shut off valve I have was stuck open and would need to be replaced.  I put a wrench to it and with some light pressure got it to close.  It’s probably about 30 years old and has been working fine ever since.

Bruce Plumbing is the best !  I would recommend them hands down over other company. I wasted 3 days calling around for quotes and have the others try to upsell services. A co-worker recommend Bruce Plumbing. After the phone call in they had my business. Work professional and completely fair. Highly recommend

We really love Bruce Plumbing. We know we can trust the work they do and the recommendations they make. I have had them to my house (an old house) more than a few times over the last 6-7 years and always get top quality work and care.
