Superior Water & Air is top notch. Rodger and Matt did a fantastic job installing a new furnace, a/c and duct work throughout our home. It's an older home that required a lot of thought work in how best to run the lines but they did a great job figuring it all out. It was a big job and Rodger was always friendly and kept us updated on its progress. We got 4 bids on our project and Superior's price was very competitive.  I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Mark was very cordial from the first call telling me he was on his way and throughout the whole process.  He was efficient and worked many hours to get the results we wanted.  We would recommend him and the company with our friends and family.  We are looking forward to enjoying a more efficient and economical  water softener for many years to come.  Thanks to Mark and his assistant Jesus for all their professional efforts.

Spencer was the first one that responded to our concerns and was very professional and accurate in his assessment.  We were pleased with his interest in our problem and discussed with us what needed to be done and gave us a bid.  We thank him for his time and are now enjoying our repair and replacements due to him help.

This is an update to my post around Oct 3-4 '17. 
I notified Superior Water and Air (SW&A) that the sealant didn't work and that we would need to move forward with the gasket. They reported back that they have the required part in stock but that it came from the manufacturer as an assembly of two parts which drives the material cost up significantly. They  could get just the one part needed but that it would take 2 weeks. I said that this would be ok as I preferred the lower cost solution and that the inconvenience in waiting  was minor.   To my surprise, I got a call a couple days later stating that they will provide and install the two parts for the cost of the only one part needed and could come out sooner reducing the wait time by one week.  This clearly shows SW&A's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Josh performed the service and my comments from my earlier post still apply. 

Josh was able to identify the water leak coming from the cold header box on the furnace. He verified that this was the only source of leak and that there was no damage anywhere within the furnace as a result of the it. He then recommended applying a sealant to the gasket to resolve the leak as the gasket and collector box cover were in good shape. He asked that I monitor the repair and if the leak still continues that the gasket would need to be replaced. He was efficient, courteous, explained what he was doing as he was going through the process, and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend Josh and Superior Water and Air.

Superior Water & Air Utah have a good Customer Service. It make me happy even I have to pay for them. Jacob is really friendly and explain some question about the Air condition and Furnace clearly and making sense for me. Thank you Superior Water & Air for service. Fast and good service!

Superior Water & Air for me does better with their water service, and I highly recommend them for water softener and reverse osmosis and service on the same.  I called the company to schedule the service and learn how much to budget for it.  I signed up for their annual reminders.  Martin Alvarado came to service our water system and was clean, professional, and well-mannered.  Highly recommend Martin Alvarado.  During the service he noted symptoms of my water heater being near its end of life, so I will plan and budget for a replacement through Superior Water & Air.
