Phil and Hugo were great!  Polite, professional
And clean!  They had to rerun a drain for my heating system  and did so neatly without making a mess. If fact they put back the washer and dryer I moved out of the way so they could install the drain which was a pleasant surprise. Phil explained why they did what they did and gave me complete confidence in his recommendations. Job well done!

Josh and Jaren came to my house and fixed a couple outlets and did a great job! It was quick for them and they even explained a few things to me. As they were leaving they asked if the light switch was working properly and I said I thought so but apparently a ground wire was touching another wire which tripped the breaker. They fixed it quickly and saved me a ton of time because I wouldn’t have known what to look for. Went above and beyond and helped me out! Great guys who know what they’re doing!

If you're installing a doorbell ON a brick house and there's already holes from a battery-mounted doorbell in the brick, why in the *&%%$ would you not drill into the existing hole for the wired doorbell? How can you not deduct that less holes in the brick is better? Or even ask the homeowner if the selected placement looked good so they'd have the opportunity to request the change before drilling. Didn't realize we'd need to babysit them, they're supposed to be professionals. (Over)Paying what we did, I cannot believe that we now have to deal with extra holes and patch the old ones. Thanks for making my house porous.

Update: they also ripped up the wall by the lightswitch. I just noticed the drywall/paint is just folded back over. So awesome. Seriously, hire someone else.

Phil and Skyler were great today. Had them come over to take a look at my furnace. They caught a few things for me to keep an eye on.. no charge. Phil recommended the service agreement that covers 4 visits a year to check up on everything. I definitely will be getting that service plan next month after seeing how Phil and skyler keep an eye out for the customer. Very honest guys.

The two gentlemen, Jaren and Josh, arrived and were very polite and professional. They quickly diagnosed the electrical problem and had it fixed in almost no time at all. They even offered some advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future. Very pleasant and fast service. Fully recommended!
