I would give lower if I could. I purchased a couch and love seat over a year ago that was supposed to be new. After waiting for 5 weeks for delivery I had to call them and ask them where my furniture was at. Only to find out they sold me a discontinued model. Then after negotiations to take the floor model I was promised a discount and the reclining mechanism to be repaired. Over a year later it took me threatening them with an attorney to get the mechanism fixed and I never received a discount and don't think I ever will. Very poor service after the sale. I'm not the only person to be screwed over. BUYER BEWARE! where adverts

Well apparently, these reviews are incorrect, or outdated. I bought a mattress less than a year ago and was sinking in the middle. My friends at Furniture 4 Less listened to my problem and had a new mattress ordered within 2 days. I think there are people out there that just complain for just complaining. I have bought other things at this store and they are helpful and also give a working person a break. They let me pay out on a lay-a-way plan to fit my budget. More power to the working person's family plan in Furniture 4 Less! Thank you guys for your humanity and good work. I can't wait for my next experience in putting a couch on lay-a-way after the seasons! Great Job Furniture 4 Less!

I was told my table set would be in in 7 days. It took 24. Then when I got the set home it had 8 left legs. I tried to explain the issue on the phone but they spoke to me as if I was dumb and told me to bring it in and they would put it together. I brought it in and they couldn't fix it because I was right. Then they treated me like they didn't care they messed up. They told me to order a new one or take a different color. So I got mt money back. Horrible customer service.

Took 3 months to get what I paid for after the items came in damaged 3 times and came in the wrong color once. They would not give me a refund So I had to wait it out. The staff were very dec eitful and they're attitude completely changed once I was locked into my purchase. Shop here at your own risk.
