I’m am so pleased with my furniture purchase. My sales representative, Sky, at the Independence store, was very helpful and patient as we asked her a million questions and had her measure several pieces to make sure they would fit in the space we were purchasing for. I was able to price match with another company, and they honored that lower price. The delivery drivers were prompt and placed my furniture where I indicated and even double checked to make sure the recliner would it hit the wall when it was extended. I will definitely use them again for any additional furniture purchases I make!

Front to back our experience was excellent. This is not our first time purchasing from FD. More than once we have comparison shopped and returned to FD to either purchase or even add to an existing purchase. Sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Coming from a non-shopper I would even say the process was actually pleasant. Delivery and set up was excellent as well. Front to back I would definitely recommend as an excellent alternative to the giant warehouse zoo stores that are arduous and painful to navigate. We will definitely buy from FD in the future.

Everything was great. The delivery people were very nice and friendly. They asked me where did I want everything placed and they went to work. They did a great job. We appreciated the timeliness of them arriving and getting the job done. Well done, great great job. Will be shopping at furniture deals again...

Ted was amazing.. he took his time with my husband and I. Answer all my questions to the best of his ability and what he didn't know he found out for me. I was pretty picking and he showed patience and understanding. I love the fact he was honest and straight forward. Wasn't pushes. I can respect that. He was one of the main reason I went thru with my purchase. Due to customer service like Ted's we'll be back.. oh yea shout out to Amanda what a sweet heart!!!

It was very lovely how they took the other mattress and set up the new one. I appreciate the amazing service and hope to shop at Furniture Deals Again. We will also encourage our friends and family to go check out Furniture Deals. The service at Furniture Deals was also very amazing. The workers were very fast and generous. Thank You for our amazing deal!
