Purchasing the 30 foot above ground went extremely well- Then the fun started. Round one: When you purchase a pool at Family Leisure they do not deliver it to you. (this is brought the the customers attention and I had the ability to pick the pool up) Called an hour ahead to inform them I was on the way to pick up the pool and all related equipment. I arrived and had to search for someone in the warehouse to find out that they did not have anything ready. So I waited and then waited some more. When they finally started loading the pool and equipment I noticed that they were not loading the correct items. I stopped the young men and advised the wrong items were being loaded. They were kind enough to let me know they were only loading what was on their pick ticket. It was the wrong pick ticket. After an hour and a half I finally had all the correct items. Round two: In attempting to get a permit from the city to install the above ground pool it came to our attention we were not given all of the needed items for the permit process. We were advised that the packet of paperwork was too large to scan or fax and that we would need to go back to the store to pick up the paperwork. Arriving at the store the packet of paper could not be found. 15 minutes later the packet magically appeared. 6 pieces of paper. Six!!! How is it that 6 pieces of paper cannot be scanned or fax you may ask? The scanner was not working. So instead of telling us that hey our equipment is down instead we were lied to and told it was so large it could not be scanned or faxed. I will update after the installation is completed- I do not have high hopes it will go smoothly if the front has gone this smoothly. Pool purchased on 5-29-17 promised install mid June. It is 6-21-17..... Update as of 6-30-17- Upon reading this review the General Manager of Family Leisure contacted me via email. Instead of attempting to explain or find solutions for the transgressions his offer was to fire me as a customer. His solution was to pick up the pool from us and choose to not do business with us. We took him up on this offer. At least they did pick the pool up for no charge. Buyer beware or at very least wary.

You may get a great deal on a pool, but good luck if anything goes wrong!!!!! I had to get a new liner for my pool so you can't pat for it with a debit over the phone and just let them bring it when they install it, so I had to drive a little over an hour to get there!! Then you have to pay for the reinstall right then but they take their sweet ass time about getting it put in!!! I done all this on the 28th of June and it is now the 19th of July and I am still about another week out!!! Anyone you talk to on the phone is so rude I just want to yank them through the phone!!! The installers make their own prices after you have already paid the store!! What a big scam!!!

Called in June for a patio couch cover, gentleman who answered the phone told me they would not have any until September… I said September, he said well, not for that size anyway… I didn't tell him what size I needed ... seemed uninterested in my business

Had a great experience! I was concerned when I looked at reviews, but I thought they were great. I have an above ground pool that I didn't know if I needed a whole new pool or just a new liner and pump. Took photos and showed to Walter in Parts & Service, he could have pushed a new pool (even though I didn't need one), but he was VERY helpful and knowledgeable and put together all the parts I needed and setup installation. Thnx Walter! They did only have a few color/print options in the 30 mil liner, not exactly what I wanted, but Walter told me that the liner I choose looks really nice. I will see tomorrow when it is installed! FYI - there is a CONSIDERABLE price increase for installation if you have a deck around the pool. Understandable with all the extra work required, but just be prepared for the quote from the installer.

At least 4 employees not busy. We had $5K to get a pool table. Not one person even tried to help us. Guess aminis gets our money.
