Purchased 2 recliners during the 30% off sale. With Susan’s help we found ones that suited both my husband and me (one small and one large). Delivery was quick, within 4 days, and they look great! Very pleased with the experience! We had shopped Nebraska Furniture Mart but didn’t get much help or see anything we liked.

Our La-Z-Boy furniture Gallery in Overland Park, Kansas is great. The merchandise is lovely and varied. The people who work there are extremely helpful and the designer, Brooke, was great. JP, the manager, is the most helpful person I've ever done business with. We had a few issues after the furniture was delivered, and he made everything right. He went out of his way to be my advocate.

I spent some time walking around the store waiting to be approached by a salesperson but no one offered to help. When I went back to the counter and asked for help it was a very smooth process from there on. Overall I was happy with the help I received.

We had a great experience, Susan was very helpful so that we could purchase exactly what we wanted within our price range. The furniture is quality and American made. We are very happy!

The staff were very helpful even though it was busy. Questions were answered well. The only thing that wasn't explained was the warranty. I forgot to ask about it and thought of it later. We were disappointed to find out that the Black Friday sale with the sign that said everything was 32% off, in fact did not cover sale items. The print was so small it was difficult to read. It would've been nice to know that when we were looking at the items. It was misleading.
