Furniture is cheaply made and the customer service is poor. It is overpriced for the quality, in my case the salesman told me the furniture I was buying was top quality and "solid wood" and that's why it was expensive. Not true! It has only been 2 months and I've had the technicians come out several times for repairs on our bed and they basically built a new frame for the bed and it is still uncomfortable. I highly recommend you go to a large furniture company where they guarantee your items and offer the highest level of service.

After having a really bad experience at one of the local big box furniture stores I can say that Furniture & Matress Warehouse delivered and quick. This other store kept on changing the delivery date as much as 2.5 months in the future. This store delivered the same day !!! and couldn't be happier. We now know where to go whenever we need furniture.

Really rude and prices are expensive. Wort warehouse ever.

Customer Service was good from a young Lady as I wanted to make a payment, they help me get in contact with my finance company. Can't speak for others but overall good service and affordable prices.
