Unlike other companies, they do not come to you for a free consultation. You have to drive all the way to Sanford AND make an appt which are ONLY available on Saturday with a designer. Needless to say, the appt was made for a week away. I showed them the designs that I liked and inquired about timeframe. They said no problem with before Christmas as long as I picked everything out on my end, which I did. They wanted me to use the Floor & Tile place by them because of their “relationship”. I stopped by and picked out tile. They wanted to charge over $1,000 for an electric fireplace and I refused stating I’d provide my own as I’d seen tons for $400-500. They tried to get me to get theirs in the $400 range but without heat which I then declined as the ones online provide heat in that range. They stressed that it had to be front blowing, which the ones I found were as they were made to be recessed in a wall. I emailed them the link so they could see dimensions as requested. I called to make sure they’d received it which I was told they had. The lady I spoke with said she had to “research” more about it to make sure it was ok. Never heard from her again and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Wouldn’t recommend as it seems that unless you want to use all of their materials, they won’t work with you.

We utilized this company to build a custom entertainment piece.  They are "masters" of the trade.  The design, price, and quality are above the rest.  Everything is straight forward, no hidden charges.  I would highly recommend Furniture Design Gallery.
