Waited about 6 weeks and still no call about delivery. When I called, they said they had it. So why didn't they call? Then they delivered a couch with two marks, about 3 or 4 inches each, and obvious, but store people didn't notice it? Called delivery to see when I will receive again, no answer, left voicemail, no return. If I get my furniture within 10 days, will change to 4 stars. If not, it will be 1 star. THERE ARE 9 DAYS REMAINING.

We went to Furniture Fair twice looking for couches and were disappointed both times. It wasn't the product as much as the salesman we had both times, which was the same guy. The first time he told me we had the same favorite team trying to shmooze us and when I started quizzing him on the team he gave me a blank stare as I obviously caught him in a lie, then he gingerly walked away never to be seen again. We then came back the next weekend to go over our options again we get the same "salesman". This time he was more helpful than the first time, but he decided to crop dust us a few minutes in. Good luck selling couches farting on your customers pal!

As soon as my fiancé and I walked in the door, Reggie greeted us and helped us find exactly what we needed for our new home together. My fiancé and I were taking a while to make sure what we picked out is what would best suit both of our styles but Reggie stayed patient with us - even after changing our minds a few times! Once we were done picking out what we needed and after filling out the paper work, our bank put a block on the card. We stayed on the phone with the bank for at least 45 minutes and by the time we resolved the issue, it was nearly an hour past closing time but Reggie and his team behind the credit counter didn’t hesitate to make sure we got to walk out with our new furniture while keeping a good attitude about the situation. A few days later we received a thank you card in the mail from Reggie for our purchase, I’m so happy we picked this location and I definitely recommend!!

Walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Mike was the sales rep that helped me out, I then found what I wanted but wasn't ready to pay that price. I went back a week later and renegotiated the priced and was able to walk away with what I liked.

We went to the store on Lejuene Blvd, paid our down-payment on a sofa and love seat. Was told they'd be in on December 31st. Well we STILL haven't got the furniture 4 weeks later!!! I asked for a refund on the deposit so we could go to somewhere else to buy furniture. Was told that they couldn't do that!! If we would've known that they were liars, we NEVER would've gone there. They're the WORST furniture store we've EVER gone to in our lives!!
