Was very excited about my first bedroom set that I paid for 2 weeks ago due to a busy schedule and not having much availability for delivery. Received my 4 hour time window and with 30 minutes left, got a call from the dispatcher saying instead of 12 to 4, it would be 4 to 8. Unbelievabe after paying $130 for delivery that a whole Saturday got wasted. Then when the truck finally arrived, the entire right side of the dresser was cracked so I didn't even get my full set. Spoke to customer service and all they were willing to do was comp half the delivery fee and they can't get another dresser out for 2 more weeks. The representative stated they could try to fit me in sooner if I could be available all day from 7am+. Are you kidding me!?! No one with a job can be available like that and I already can't believe I have to waste another 4 hour window on a Saturday (a window which I fully expect be met) and that I paid over $800 for a bedroom set that I won't have for over a month from when it was purchased. When looking for furniture, I was already debating the purchase because of all the bad reviews about delivery but a friend had a nice set from here so decided to give it a whirl.  The bed frame looks nice and as expected (reason for the 2 stars) but the headboard seems loose. Unsure if this is the furniture itself or the assembly but I will be tightening it to make sure. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and wish I had considered the reviews more before ordering. I strongly encourage anyone else considering a purchase to just take a truck to the store and load it yourself (make sure nothing is broken!!!) if you have the means because this has been an incredible hassle. If the corporation cannot manage something as simple as scheduling delivery, it may not be a business you want to give your money to, especially with the dozens upon dozens of choices in the Triangle.

The initial experience went well. The sales person was helpful and we found a great living room/bedroom set. When I initially went in, month prior to actually purchasing they told me about there no interest up to 48 months deal. I was pleasantly surprised about that. I used to sell cars and work with financing all the time. So when I came back I made sure the same special was still available, the sales person assured me it was. At the very end I asked them why I can't put the sales tax and delivery on the card. Once again they told me I actually can, and assured me the same financing terms still applied (no interest/up to 48 months). Well it turns out that is completely false. Since I decided I'd put it on my card I have to pay everything in 18 months. Now my monthly payments are double what they should have been. Rooms to Go also did not handle it well whatsoever. Management provided no solution and basically told me it is what is. Messing around with a customer's finances is no joke. Rooms to Go has lost my business. Please beware of their financing!!!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE! Had to wait 8 weeks for my kitchen table to be delivered...fine. They told me that it would be delivered from 9am-1pm. They never came between that time so I called customer service. They told me that they called me 8:30 am to let me know they had to switch the time frame to 2-6 pm. I never once got a call or had a missed call. I have had 2 friends that have had issues with delivery times, as well. Unless you are able to wait at home all day and not leave, don't buy from here and pay $60+ for delivery.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Apparently they don’t really sell furniture. Came in a few days ago to pick out the $2000 sofa I wanted. Drove up the next day with a U Haul and to pay for it but guess what. They don’t sell furniture, you have to drive another 40 minutes to Dunn to pick it up he following day. Or they can deliver it to you in like 3 weeks. Don’t waste your time here.

Larry Lockhart was a dream to work with. I moved to Raleigh ~3 weeks ago and he was one of the first people we met. We ended up stopping in on Super Bowl Sunday and got everything I needed. My parents and I are very different when it comes to picking out furniture. We like to walk around with pillows, drawers, etc. Larry did a fantastic job helping is when needed and then also letting us walk around. My final item is being delivered today and I can’t wait! They had a great selection and many items were in stock.
