Spent nearly $3000 on a new king size bed. Supposed to be delivered on 3/29/2018. First of all, what’s the deal with a 14 hour deliver window. I have a 10 day old baby at home, my wife had to take a whole day to be home for delivery and I had to leave work early to be home when she had to leave. No phone call, no delivery!!!!! What kind of people run this place that can’t even call!!! I’ll never spend another dime on this place!

I had a very good experience, specially with  the lady (Latoya), that helped my daughter. My daughter was looking for a sectional sofa, but had a limited budget. I didn't think she was going to find an affordable one. Well, I was wrong. The salesman (Curtis), helped my daughter, then send her to Latoya. My daughter bought not, only the sofa, but she also got an area rug and a credenza. I was very happy for my daughter, but extremely satisfied with how helpful were this employees. Kudos to Rooms TO Go for hiring people that are patient and knowledgeable of their inventory.

I had a great floor salesman who pointed me in the right direction and was able to show me which mattress best suit my husband and I, especially while I'm hugely pregnant. However, the staff in the pick up office and the pickup warehouse were extremely rude and sent me back and forth to figure out where they messed up. The 2 women in that dept were very careless and had no attitude to fix their mistake. When I asked for a first name or employee number, I was rejected and was told I'm not allowed to have that info. I spoke to the supervisor, he was laughing about the whole matter, acted very immature for that position, and didn't handle the situation at all. I saddled back up front to the main store to speak for another manager. He apologized and claimed the other manager was new. He gave me a $75 credit for the next time I shop there. But they didnt mind collecting all my money I paid for upfront. I'm extremely upset and felt I was treated as a joke. Why didn't he bother reimbursing me $75 from the money I just spent there that same day? I do NOT want to do anymore shopping there, EVER! So I have a credit that will never be used and also nothing in that store is $75. So if ever I was to use the credit, I'd have to still come out of my pocket for the item. I'm very disgusted and can't believe this is how Rooms To Go run this business. I just dropped $900 debited off my bank card with this "child like" place. I will continue to tell everyone my experience with this business and how things are ran. Pitiful!

Well, I have to say, it was overall a good experience. We came to the main showroom ready to buy, they have great selection and beautiful furniture. Now the only problem I encountered was, I was buying a living and dining set, however they could only deliver the Living set but not the Dining set because it was discounted. (Non sense) so the sales man (who really really help us and was really nice) called is manager and he eventually sent us to outlet which is right beside. We end up buying everything on the outlet so, basically the manager killed this man sale. 
Now, the manager wasn't very nice, he made us feel like we were wasting his time. Anyway. We bought everything we need it but if you're buying from the outlet, make sure to bring cardboard or blankets to protect you new furniture, because they won't give you anything. They won't even help you loading, so make sure you bring help. But yes, I will recommend this place. Just be aware.

The staff at the store was friendly, furniture was nice and relatively inexpensive. That is all I can say that is positive. Everything else outside of the store was horrible. The delivery process has been wretched.  The first purchase was bad, the ottoman that was delivered with the sofa set was broken and it would take a week to get another one. I had to drive an hour to go to the store and get another one. I coordinated the pick up with customer service and upon arrival they didn't know I was coming. They didn't know about the exchange. Had to wait almost 3 hours for them to figure it out. I tried to give them another chance with a kitchen table.  They failed again in delivering the right table. They brought the right chairs and then the wrong table. Then they tried to deliver it again, a week later, and they had another delivery issue. Finally, after nearly 12 days and speaking with corporate they refunded only the delivery fee of just $75!! I will never buy from them again. It is to my understanding, the delivery issues are not uncommon. This is Sad! I hope this helps others in making future purchases.
