Awesome Experience!!! John is a GREAT pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the products, and not pushy on sales. He allows you time to browse without hounding you. Their products are very "inexpensive" and good quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture. The payment options make it easy to buy with out breaking the bank. All the employees seemed to be focused on their work but they were all still hilarious and helpful as well. The best part was they waited for me when they should have been closed and I needed to pick up my merchandise...

Furniture Queen is the place to go for the best deals in furniture quality and price, not to mention the excellent service of its staff. I decided to purchase a simple yet beautiful desk for my daughter after we looked at the store's website. We would've been called to pick it up (you are given the delivery or pick up options), but then this very charming lady staff named Jamie went the extra mile to see if it was already available in the store at that time. She was just so warm and personal in her service to us, from her facial expressions to the tone of her voice. She was also very professional and knowledgeable in giving instructions about warranty, returns, etc. Anyway, so we were given instructions to drive to the back of the store where yet another staff (didn't get his name) was also very personal and warm in loading the box of the desk onto our vehicle. So much to say about the wonderful staff at Furniture Queen. Now, for the desk, it was in perfect condition and was so easy to install (took me just an hour with only the L-shaped tool that went with the screws and washers). I would definitely go back again to Furniture Queen. Service and product is excellent!

Top notch service from the beginning through delivery and set up! I was very impressed on every level. I'm a business analyst and I normally find something to improve. Not with these folks. They have great friendly and efficient customer service, no pressure sales, quick and professional delivery and set up. You are treated like Royalty mixed with friendly Southern hospitality. Pricing and quality is amazing and competitive. Highly recommend!!

Furniture Queen has a huge selection and is MUCH more affordable than any of the big name stores. Their protection plan, delivery options, and overall customer service was far better than anything we received shopping around. We found the same living room set we saw in an Ashley Furniture Home Store and got a way better deal! The financing options were better, delivery schedule was flexible, and they were great at answering all of our questions throughout the process. I will definitely use Furniture Queen for all of my furniture needs going forward.

Furniture Queen offers a large variety of furniture options at below retail prices! I thought I had "Died and gone to Heaven" when I discovered Furniture Queen. I have since made two purchases. One of the purchases was a table set that I found for an interior redesign client-my client purchased. Inside sales, John, was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. If you have never shopped at Furniture Queen, you are missing out! Delivery time is Quick (local). Cathy w/ Staging Spaces and More
