We are very happy with the assistance we got from Rosemary. She was very busy but took time to give us good service. She explained everything very clearly and made sure we understood before the sale what to expect. Thanks Rosemary! Went back on Saturday 1/13/18 bought 2 lamps off the floor. Again Rosemary helped us once again. Process was fast and easy. Rosemary helped take one lamp to the car for us. Thanks for great service.

I had an interview for this place today. I checked in with a young (It's a shame I didn't get her name) then was told to have a seat. After sitting for a few minutes. I was told to have a seat in a different section of the store, which led me to believe the interview was about to begin. Yeah no that didn't happen. After sitting for a few more minutes the young lady came out and asked what position I was applying for(I put it on the application) however I informed her Warehouse. She then told me, she was asking because they were hiring for office as well as sales. I said okay I found that part out after I had already applied. She then asked between the two which I liked more. I said office would be fine. (I have experience in all three fields) She left then came back a few minutes later. Informed me the interview would have to be rescheduled because the hiring manager for the office position wasn't available. I asked what position was I called to be interviewed for, she said warehouse but that manager wasn't available either. There was no apology for the inconvenience more so an attitude, " like do you want to reschedule or not because I have other things to do". As if I had scheduled myself for an interview that I knew a manager wouldn't be available to do. Of course I declined to reschedule, it's clear management isn't ran very well and the store front has poor customer service.

This is the most friendliest furniture place there is. I’m glad I was referred here from my co worker. The atmosphere is so pleasing. Christina was very helpful and informative, I kept Becky laughing.. she was also a great help! Gabby had great customer service. Great business! Keep up the great work

We are really happy with our experience and our purchase at Katy Furniture. Our sales associate Mr.Ronnie was great, not pushy at all,which I really like because I get annoyed at other stores when they don't let us look around at our own pace. Mr. Ronnie gave us our space but yet he wasn't too far away to answer questions we might have had. Very knowledgeable and very helpful! Him and Haleh (office administrator) were great and together made the process really easy! Highly recommend that store! Good prices and great service!

Awful experience.. as a customer I feel betrayed. The seller sold me a bedroom set which he ensured it was THE SAME as the one they had in the store, but in a different color.. we spent time looking for the exact color, so I could be sure what I was buying. He ensured several times that it was the same as the one I was seeing in the store. I waited 2 weeks for the delivery and they delivered a similar bedroom set, but not the one I had chosen. I realized in minutes after delivery. I called customer services right away. I explained they delivered a different bedroom set, even spoke to the seller. They told me they will contact me on Monday because it was a Saturday. Nobody called. I went to the store. The seller was honest and recognized in front of the manager he had told me "it was the same" with those exactly words. They did not even care. The manager had to talk to the owner and they will call me at certain time. Nobody called me of course. It is evident this company is not serious at all. I called them and they did no want to take responsibility for the mistake. I was not even asking for a refund just to do an exchange and they said I had to keep it. I lost $1400, but this company lost much more because HONESTY and RESPECT are much values than anything else. TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I shared my experience in others social media and they even deleted the comments. They are not even very receptive to feedback.
