BEWARE OF THE SIMON LI" Collection, it is made in China. We purchased a leather sofa and recliner just barely one year ago, the sales price was right at $3K on sale. When the furniture was delivered the recliner had a flaw in the leather. These are two pieces , so they replaced the upper section with another piece of another recliner. Now the leather stain is coming of the brown recliner, it is orange underneath. So Simon Li send a leather repair color set, when we applied it, it took off more stain instead of covering it. Now Simon Li is supposed to send out someone that says they can fix it. When I was given the number of the person that they are sending out, he said who is going to pay for it, I told him not me. Then he said he will not be out. So now customer service from the Texas Furniture Hut is trying to get this situation worked out. But, I'm not getting my hopes up. To add to the situation the sofa and chair have been discontinued. So it is likely that we end up with furniture not matching in color and style. We can not be more disappointed, spending $3K in barely a year ago and to have this issue shows that Simon Li does not build quality furniture. Once we know what Simon Li or Texas Furniture Hut will do about this situation, I will update this review.

Great customer service. We just purchased a matching chair from a year ago. Chair was in stock and with the current 20% off sale, it was actually cheaper than last year. Stan was our salesman both times. Great to see and deal with a professional.

Stan helped us find the right sectional for our living room! I couldn't decide which one and when I got home I even changed my mind again. All I had to do was call and drop in again, and everything was so smoothly taken care of. Ask for Stan!

We just bought furniture from Texas Furniture Hut in Katy a few weeks ago. The employees were not pushy and knew their information on each piece of furniture. The reason for 3 stars is because it took 3 times before they delivered the furniture correctly. The first time, 2 of the 3 bookshelves were broken. The second time they brought the wrong piece, and the third time the guys forgot their paperwork so it took an extra 45 minutes. We spoke with a manager and customer service, and they didn’t seem to care. I am not sure we will be back for future purchases.
