Story

Our programs are designed to build physical skills, such as strength, flexibility, balance, rhythm, and motor skills and increase muscle tone, as well as to build intellectual skills, such as listening, problem solving, longer attention spans and the ability to follow directions.

Place has fell apart from years ago, when my son went here. The owners cared then now, No one answers phone, emails, and overall staff don’t value their customers!!! Classes are cancelled same day and no communication on it until you get there to a locked door and then call to a voicemail message of a women who sounds like she hung over half sleep! This maybe the one of the fewest activity places for our youngest to play and engage, so for they I believe they don’t even care of the service they provide, so they fell like they have the upper hand. But at some point you can’t keep providing poor service and expect continuous enrollment!
Not only does our <now> 3 year old daughter and 10 year old son LOVE the regular weekly classes and PSN fun, they had an amazing time at our 3 year old’s birthday party. The Little Gym staff was attentive, helpful and interactive with all the kids, ranging in age from 1-11 years old. The parents and kids had a blast and they all look forward to the next fun The Little Gym Event!!
It’s very frustrating when you call and never get an answer especially if you have to inform them for absences. I got charged for classes my son didn’t attend to, due to him being sick or out of town that weekend. I still continued to have him enrolled and thought maybe I could do make up classes. But now there’s a new issue I called last week spoke with Katie about getting a refund for this month since we will be away and won’t be able to attend any of the classes she said she will speak to the director and someone will get back to me even though she doesn’t think she would be able to refund me my money… how is that even legal you. Are going to charge me for classes that my son can not attend. No one ever got back to me I called again and no one answers the phone how can a business be ran like this and then basically steal money From people who can’t attend but already charged my card. Disappointed!!!
The owner & Ms. Kate are great. I bring two toddlers to the same class and they are super accommodating. They will work with you on scheduling if need be. They also rearrange the gym and mix things up for each class. The kids all seem to love it and really enjoy themselves. No complaints.
Update I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars since there is no more lollipops after my first review. Hope it is not just because they were ended and lollipops will not appear again during 2017-2018 season... In general, l like little gym - good teachers, professional program, nice facility and my both kids progressed a lot from the beginning of the classes. First review: I used to like this Little Gym facility before the moment they started to give lollipops after the class ends. Usually they ended the class with stamps and now they added lollipops. I told them that l really didn't like the idea to reward my kids with lollipops and the answer was: "We hear what you are saying but we will continue to do it". My two little girls are taking the gym class not just for fun, but also to create a healthy lifestyle and lollipop is not the part of it. And what was sad, that they didn't even make the effort to hear me. I really hope that maybe this review can make them hear. There is too many places around here where people propose lollipops to my kids , so I don't want to straggle with my kids even at gym class that is supposed to bring joy for parents and kids.
The Saturday class is a joke. Instructors act like babysitters with no plan aside from which station the kids are using. No teaching, working on skills, or focus. The kids are not properly watched and potentially dangerous situations can occur from lack of instructor attention. This class is essentially a play group which happens to have gym equipment for the children. In the beginning of the class, Mr. Pravesh was present and the class ran great; his focus on watching the kids and challenging their skills kept the kids happy and engaged. He was only present in the first few weeks and it has been downhill since then. Additionally, the mid season "show", rather than being an actual show for the parents and kids, was a normal session which the parents could join at the very end during the 5 minute bounce house. Previous shows were structured and organized as an event for kids and parents. While other days of the week may be different with better structure and instructors, I cannot recommend this gym based on the Saturday experience.
We Love the Little Gym. We love going there every week. it is a great experience and My son Loves it. huge smiles on our faces every time we walk in there. He has developed so much since we have been going to the Little Gym.
