Bob and Andrea have sold me few cars now. People must remember most the cars are from auctions.  They do check over every vehicle on lot by law. These are used vehicles. Do not expect them to be as a new vehicle. All vehicles come with 30 day 3k miles warranty. I have told others of Bob and all had good luck or minor problem they fixed. Would give 5 star but my word is good as gold. I was promised few parts to be replaced in a week but took longer then we were told.

If I could rate less I really would! My husband went at tax time to look at a car he found on the website we really needed a family car as our Saturn had took a dump and our only other car is a Chevy Metro which is my husband's little work car. My husband drove from medford to look at vehicles he decided upon a 2005 Buick. Beautiful car problem was 1 MONTH after we bought it it started to act funny we changed battery and multiple things before a mechanic friend of ours came over and looks at it he told us the problem was the fuse box had no cover and it should have never been sold without it as the water enters it and corrodes everything!! So now 5 months later we need a new fuse box which we can not afford as the problem has gotten worse even though we are not driving it. So no I would not recommend going to this place for a car as we got jipped out of 6000 dollars just to have a paper weight stuck in our garage!!

Bought a vehicle and the check engine light came on a week after. I am pretty sure they knew, but they cleared the light so customers wouldn't see until they bought it.

Drove an hour to see a vehicle we found on Craigslist just to get there and they don't start. We get told to come back in half hour because they needed the mechanic to come jump start 2 vehicles we wanted. Not going back!!

went there and guy was not nice ....  I would say he is a buns hole.....  Andrea was great but this guy even told me they normally raise prices at tax time....  apparently is not a fair or nice man and I believe he owns them.
