In dire need of a vehicle, I had no other choice but to make a trip to Wausau, Wisconsin which I was not terribly thrilled to do. After a long day visiting multiple Car Lots, going on multiple test drives, and only becoming more increasingly aggravated. I found myself at Wausau Auto Sales where I was greeted by an associate named Patrick Cross. This associates demeanor and etiquette for business were immediately clear. 

The overall interaction and experience was top notch! The accountability, and time Mr.Cross took to see me into a vehicle that fit my needs, and the needs of my family was exceptional. He made sure that my time, my needs, and that my overall experience was excellent while at Wausau Auto Sales. 

I would recommend both Wausau Auto Sales and their sales associate Patrick Cross. It is far to often we hear about the negatives, and not enough in regard to the people of integrity from within the auto industry. Truly it was both a unique and enjoyable experience.

Got my new truck from Jon kleinschmidt. He helped me get in a truck that day, and was super cool and helpful. Had the truck for a week and love it. He's even been super cool and helpful after the sale. I'd recommend John if your headed to wausua auto!

Had a great time dealing with Tommy, until we signed the paperwork. Then he wouldn't even look me in the eyes after telling me earlier to just take my other car back and leave it in the lot where I had gotten it. He was suppose to get me the information to get another fob and get it programed for a low price. Never returned my emails and hasn't taken my calls. Next car will be bought elsewhere.

Ask for Jon in Wausau. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right vehicle. He was more than willing to let me take them home. Great guy to work with.

Justin Zastrow was AMAZING to work with! He calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable and confident in the whole car buying ordeal. He made miracles happen so I could get a newer, reliable car for my family!!! Great experience! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle!!
