Great customer service! Traded in my car for a model year old SUV, and when I got home with my new vehicle, I realized there was a screw in the tire. I called the salesman that I worked with, and the next day I had a patched tired at no cost. Great people that are willing to go out of their way to make you satisfied.

Great company, friendly people, very professional and knowledgeable. Ray Carver was very insightful and friendly, he knows his stuff. I can't say enough good things about him or the business. I would highly recommend Ray and Kocourek Ford Lincoln. With Ray and Kocourek, you know your going to be treated right and get the best service and vehicle around!

Second time working with koucerek Ford and I am always very happy on how treat me. As long as they keep selling Fords I'll keep coming to them for all my car buying needs. Oh and I worked with Dave Olsen, great guy! He gets 5 stars also. Great job once again Koucerek Ford!

We have been to Kocourek about 5 times in the last couple months, each visit with the same result. No one would give us the time of day. We were looking at F-150's or even a F-250 to lease as our current lease will be up soon. 

Spent a 1/2 hour there this past Saturday, in the back where all the trucks are stashed away looking at the new F-150's & not a single sales person came out. We weren't even the only people out there, there were at least three other customers! Then we went right into the show room and again, passed by time after time. Saw three salesmen sitting in an office playing on their cell phones, must've been important. 

I don't have any problems driving back to White Bear Lake, MN to the dealer we got our current lease from, at least they appreciated us spending money with them. I know they will negotiate and add in extras to make the customer happy.  Or checking out the Ford dealer in Appleton, WI. Have heard good things about them.

I've had my new F150 for a week and the truck is great.  The buying experience at Kocourek Ford was Great.  The sales staff was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of effort with us.  The Aftermarket Manager was helpful in setting up the truck to our liking and he put forth an extra effort to make sure we were satisfied.  The entire staff followed through with everything they promised.  I would recommend Kocourek Ford to anyone interested in a car or truck.
