Updated review, have been a few more times to Kaiser since my initial bad experience and must say that the doctors are caring and the nurses treat you very well. They are focused on finding out what is actually wrong and don't just attempt to mask the symptoms. Great facility and great employees.

This location is too crowded and they are slow...too busy talking to each other instead of working.  Kaiser in an attempt to save money has made service worse yet your premiums continue to rise.

The doctor was helpful to my grandmother last night ,but there were no night transporters. I am pregnant,and had to wheel her around which was terrible. The African x ray tech acted like he could not help my grandma on or off the x ray table.  She has been a member of Kaiser for over 20 years and was only  happy with the doctor's service.

I want to sing the praises of two people in particular.  I called the radiology/imaging unit to see if they could accommodate a change of schedule last minute.  Aaliyah said she'd check with her colleague, the MRI technician Doretta.  They coordinated, and found a way to make an earlier visit happen.  Sounds like a small thing?  Maybe.  But that's why I admire, and am grateful to, them.  They didn't have to try to make it work.  I had an appointment for another day.  Some people would just have said "keep your appointment" and considered their job done.  Not Aaliyah and Doretta.  They actually made it work.  And then when I got there for the appointment, they were the essence of cheerfulness and professionalism.  Awesome.  Thank you.

I have been a member since January 1 and have nothing but praise for the care I have received through the Kaiser system. The organization is phenomenal. I have not yet waited 5 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I have had hernia surgery and a few other issues and the doctors do not spend a lot of hand-holding time but they are good and they do care. The computerized medical records system keeps everyone up to date on my medical concerns. This is the way to deliver medical care.
