My son and I arrived today right in the middle of their transition from Secure to Concentra. The staff is wonderful and apologized for delays due to their new computer programs/training needs. They still treated us wonderfully and thoroughly, and offered snacks due to the length of our visit (much appreciated by mom and 6yo).

Secure Medical Care *used* to be good when Dr. Liss and the top-notch doctors were there.  The place has really gone downhill and expect (a) long wait times, and (b) to go more-than-once (to have them tell you just to go to a primary care physician anyway).

Very courteous staff, the doctor was very competent. I got my prescription filled there as well for a bad cough. I would recommend anyone in need of urgent care to go there instead of a CVS Clinic.

Great experience!  I took my daughters to the Gaithersburg office for sports physicals and flu shots.  Doctors and staff were kind and efficient.  The hours were great! Thank God for the weekend and evening hours!  They make routine medical appointments possible for working parents and busy kids.  Thanks Secure Medical.
